空洞但又耽于寓言，所以空洞、静止远不能形成美感（导演自己可能也还在洋洋自得“我的故弄玄虚就是在讽刺对美丽的过度追求”blahblah）。不如再去看看《永远的杰西卡》。

剧情简介
Many, many years ago, the beautiful Medusa was severely punished by Athena, the virgin goddess, for the loss of her purity. Today, Mariana belongs to a world where she must do her utmost to keep up the appearance of a perfect woman. 太过于杂乱了，基本上都是一些拼凑的内容来组成电影的内涵，没有电影主在的核心。一些关于脸、组织、幻觉的元素也表现的也没有足够的张力而形成一个个冰冷的独立议题，病房那是真的很阿彼察邦，其他的整体都很索然无味。

【巴西】真实事件外加神话包装，最终靠近《使女的故事》混杂《尖叫女王》的午夜场版本；然后音乐剧、女性宣言…听起来元素够多，然而也等于杂乱。
